Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. We only list items available for purchase that are in stock, so your item may even ship the same day. If you place an order on a Sunday or a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation and notification when your item has shipped with an estimated delivery date.
We ship all products via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail for larger orders. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days within the US. Delivery times are longer for international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return your purchase to Isalora, we gladly accept any unworn or defective merchandise to be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund. Please note that items labeled as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return for your order number. We will email you a return label you can print out and affix to your package. (The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.) The item should be sent back unworn in the original packaging. Please mail your package to Isalora (RETURNS) 692 Washington St, Quincy MA 02169 USA. Please cover or remove any previous labels or barcodes before shipping. Once we receive your return, we will email you a notification of receipt &/or refund or exchange, per your request.
Shipping Errors or Damaged/Defective Items
We take great care in making sure our products are just right before they are shipped to you. If there are any errors in processing your order correctly, or if you receive any damaged or defective items we will be sure to accept back those items for a full refund or exchange at our expense.
